By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Games or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Game Usage and License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Amhar Works grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use our Games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Games, except as permitted by applicable law
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software

4. Intellectual Property

5. Virtual Content
Our Games may include virtual items, characters, collectibles, currency, or other digital content ("Virtual Content"). Virtual Content is licensed to you, not sold. You acknowledge that:
- Virtual Content has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or items of value outside the Games
- We may modify, manage, or eliminate Virtual Content at any time without notice or liability
- You do not own Virtual Content; you have a limited license to use it within the Games
- Virtual Content is non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or transferred outside the Games
- Purchases of Virtual Content, if applicable, are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the applicable app store
6. Advertisements
Our Games may display third-party advertisements, including ads served through Google AdMob. These advertisements are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of advertisers. Your interactions with advertisements are solely between you and the advertiser.
We may offer options to remove advertisements through in-app purchases where available. Advertisement availability and formats may change at any time without notice.
7. In-App Purchases
If our Games offer in-app purchases, all transactions are processed through the Google Play Store or other applicable platform. Payment terms, billing, and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective platform. We do not store your payment card information.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use our Services in a respectful manner and in compliance with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or to Amhar Works.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any Virtual Content, game progress, or other data will be preserved or available at all times.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMHAR WORKS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amhar Works and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Services and Virtual Content will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Amhar Works regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
